Nutritious Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/2 cucumber

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Squeeze 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup water

*Tip- if you want a creamier texture, try adding 1/2 of an avocado

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together
