Join us for an intimate deep dive into meditation for anxiety. A two week journey alongside a small group of women who can empathize with the experience of coping with anxiety and the impact it has on the mind and body.

Group size is limited to 10 participants.

What does this program include?

Daily journal prompts to reflect on our fears and triggers and understanding how our body embodies our emotions. Prompts to help us to move forward from a state of surviving to thriving.

Six recorded meditations based on the needs and experience of the group. Length of recordings averages 15 minutes each.

Two live Zoom calls (optional) with the small group to discuss our experiences meditating and request specific tools or practices to help us to cope with our emotions.

The meditations will help you to:

Soothe the nervous system during times you are experiencing anxiety

Prevent an overload of stress and anxiety

Turn towards beneficial mindfulness and mindset practices to shift from a state of anixety to a state of calm and positivity

Improve communication and level of understanding in your intimate relationships with your partner/friends/family members

Feel at peace and able to embody joy, patience, and excitement in your day
