Sample meditations that you will receive in an accessible audible audio format:
Day 0- How does this meditation thing work? Simple secrets and the basics of how to meditate and build up a daily meditation practice.
Day 1- Daily Mindfulness Meditation + a grounding three part breathing exercise: 5 minutes
Day 2- Yoga Nidra and Body Scan for deep relaxation:10 minutes
Day 3- Connecting to your Senses and enhancing your sense of presence in the moment + deep diaphramic breathing: 10 minutes
Day 4 – Yoga Nidra for deep sleep and restfulness: 25 minutes
Day 5 – Cultivating gratitude and a sense of contentment (in stillness or movement) + square breathing technique: 10 minutes
Day 6 – Grounding meditation for releasing anxiety + 3/6 count breath technique for nervous system support: 15 minutes
Day 7 – Walking meditation for adding presence and joyfulness to your day + conscious breathing: 10 minutes
Plus, you will have a friendly community through a private Facebook group to share your struggles, successes and suggestions along the way! Think of it as your meditation accountability buddies to cheer you on.
