Non-refundable deposit of 450€ required to reserve your spot for this retreat.
Please contact Jennison prior to reserving a spot for this retreat to confirm that your desired room is available.
Further installments to be paid:
Feb 1, 2027- 50% of your remaining balance is due
May 1, 2027- remaning balance is due
Cancelations:
Before Feb 1st, 2027: Full refund of the amount paid, less the 450€ non-refundable deposit.
Feb 2nd– April 30th, 2027: 50% refund of the total price paid.
After May 1st, 2027: No refund, but if you find a replacement, or someone on the waiting list can fill your spot, we are happy to refund the portion paid, less the 450€ non-refundable deposit.
IF THE HOST NEEDS TO CANCEL due to unforeseen circumstances: Refund of the retreat amount less a 450€ deposit, which transfers to a future retreat.
