Cancelations:
Before Apr 15, 2027: Full refund of the amount paid, less the 450€ non-refundable deposit.
Apr 15 – Jun 1, 2027: 50% refund of the total price paid.
After Jun 1, 2027: No refund, but if you find a replacement, or someone on the waiting list can fill your spot, we are happy to refund the portion paid, less the deposit.
IF THE HOST NEEDS TO CANCEL: Refund of the retreat amount less a 450€ deposit, which transfers to a future retreat.
