25 Days of Yoga. It works like a traditional advent calender. Instead of opening a little box or window, you will open up your inbox each morning to access your daily yoga session. Each day will be a surprise and a little different from the day before. Classes are recorded and will be uploaded to a private online playlist.
Print out your Yoga Advent Calendar and cross off each day or download it and share it on your Instagram stories as you check off the daily sessions.
This is all about moving our bodies this winter and having some fun.
